📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including:

  • All 50 states

  • P.O. Boxes (limited service, see below)

  • APO/FPO military addresses (some restrictions may apply)


🚚 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

💲 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total order weight

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery destination

Free Standard Shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (watch for promotions!).


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.


🧾 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.


❗ Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Holidays or high-volume periods

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


🐾 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or you suspect it’s lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery or expected delivery date

  2. Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos (if damaged)

We’ll help resolve the issue quickly, including offering a replacement or refund if necessary.
