Returns & Refunds

At BazaarfindingsToYou, we want every customer – and their pets – to be completely satisfied. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with all original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to health and hygiene concerns:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Used toys, grooming tools, or bedding

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final sale or clearance items


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item)


🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items (see return conditions above). If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us first to check availability.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our end.


📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at aslanhope8176@yahoo.com or call 559-532-1085 with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions

  3. Carefully pack your item(s) and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.

Please provide photos of the item and packaging when contacting us to speed up the process.
